She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Furman University, graduating with honors.
She currently serves as Executive Assistant at Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom, where she provides high-level support to executive leadership, manages projects and logistics for community and veteran-focused initiatives, and oversees digital communications. Her role is instrumental in maintaining efficient internal communication and organizing impactful outreach efforts.
As Executive Director of Full Bloom Reading Company, Stephanie leads initiatives that promote literacy development for elementary students. She has implemented goal-oriented summer reading programs, cultivated community partnerships, and delivered engaging literacy outreach through interactive read-alouds. Stephanie also leads online tutoring sessions for students reading below grade level, working closely with parents to develop personalized literacy plans that help students get back on track academically and build confidence as readers.
She additionally coordinates Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom’s Pages & Reel Bookmobile across Bryan County and Chatham County Schools—distributing books, facilitating read-alouds, and hosting literacy-based activities alongside CB2TB’s dedicated volunteers during special school events to increase access to quality books and foster a love of reading.
Her work has contributed to measurable academic growth, including significant reading gains for students previously performing below grade level. Stephanie is known for her creativity, strong organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to building educational opportunities that support children and families.
Outside of her professional work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, discovering new bookstores, and spending quality time with her family. She believes that lifelong learning begins at home and carries that passion into every project she leads.
