About CB2TB

Each year approximately 200,000 veterans and their families are making the transition from life inside the military to life outside. With this transition comes the added stress of not only starting a new career, but trying to figure out how to do it as well. This stress is felt not only by the veteran, but also by their family. Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom (CB2TB), a Community Development Corporation, was founded in 2018 after the co-founder served twenty years in the military (Army, Retired) as a way to help military members and their families successfully transition to life outside of the military. CB2TB is dedicated to investing in Veterans by providing an about-face approach to the men & women of the U.S. Armed Forces and Veterans that have transitioned to the civilian sector by providing professional clothing and soft skill training that can open doors to introductions, connections, and opportunities as well as advancement.

Our programs will be available to the families of veterans as well. Our goal is to provide core competences to veterans and their families that consistently fall within the top 10 employer desired attributes: leadership, teamwork, discipline, communication, adaptability, responsibility, critical thinking, problem solving, professionalism, and commitment. The potential Return on Investment (ROI) is very high from a cost/ benefit analysis. By assisting veterans and their families in their transition, we’re enhancing their quality of life and subsequently strengthening our nation and society.

Our newest program is called Veterans’ Day 365 and is focused on building Veteran leaders of tomorrow who will be able to hire and generate economic growth through these areas:

  • Increase the amount of physical and capital goods and service in the economy

  • Technology Improvement

  • Grow the Labor Force

  • Increase Human Capital
