Judge Crystal Denise Harmon
Judge Crystal Denise Harmon was born and raised in the state of Florida and attended The University of Central Florida, and later in the Spring of 2009, obtained her law degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
Before residing in Chatham County, Judge Harmon served as a domestic violence prosecutor for the Dougherty County District Attorney’s Office in Albany, GA, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases. After relocating to Chatham County, Judge Crystal Denise Harmon worked at the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office, where she initially served as the prosecutor for Recorder’s Court and then began prosecuting felony cases in Chatham County Superior Court.
Judge Crystal Denise Harmon opened her private law practice in 2017. In addition to maintaining private practice, she served as the Solicitor for the City of Port Wentworth Municipal Court and the Public Defender for the Municipal Court in both the City of Garden City and the City of Pooler. She also served as a federal court-appointed attorney for matters in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
Judge Crystal Denise Harmon currently serves as the Chief Judge of the Garden City Municipal Court. She also serves as a Pro-Tem Judge in the Chatham County Recorder’s Court, City of Pooler Municipal Court, and Bryan County State Court.
Judge Harmon resides in Pooler. She has been a resident of Chatham County since 2014 and is a member of the historic First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Crystal is a proud Rattler, former adjunct instructor at Savannah Technical College, a member of the Savannah Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Gate City Bar Association, and the Port City Bar Association.

Tahir K. Delaney
Tahir Dulaney, a native of Jesup, Georgia, and raised in both Florida and Georgia, is a devoted husband and father of one. In 2015, he earned his Associate of Arts from East Georgia State College. With a diverse professional background, Tahir has recently transitioned into full-time self-employment, focusing on his Video Marketing company, 3R Media, since the beginning of 2024.
Tahir brings a wealth of experience, particularly from his recent role in broadcast Television with WTOC in Savannah. His commitment to creativity, coupled with a deep passion for assisting others, finds expression in his marketing endeavors. Through 3R Media, Tahir takes pride in crafting and producing content that not only aligns with his creative inclinations but also serves the needs of businesses and organizations.

Andrea Cloherty
CB2TB Advisory Board Member
Andrea Cloherty is a devoted wife and proud mother of three children, ages 10, 8, and 6, as well as a loving dog mom to four adorable pups. Born and raised on Long Island, Andrea and her family relocated to the picturesque Savannah area in 2021, drawn by its exceptional weather, rich history, and vibrant culture. Since then, they have embraced all that Savannah has to offer—from outdoor adventures and culinary delights to the warmth and charm of its community.
As a dedicated realtor with the Johnson Group, brokered by eXp Realty, Andrea takes pride in helping clients discover their dream homes in this enchanting coastal city. Her commitment extends beyond real estate; she is deeply invested in giving back to the community she now calls home. Andrea actively fosters dogs through Renegade Paws Rescue and proudly supports impactful initiatives like Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom, which empower and uplift local community members.

Michelle Guran
CB2TB Advisory Board Member
Michelle Guran has proudly served her country as a Soldier and a Spouse. Her husband Nik is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and chose Richmond Hill to plant roots after 24 years of active duty service. They have two boys: Jakob who is seven and Lucas who is one and one half years old.
Michelle works at Compassion Christian Church as the Guest Experiences Coordinator. She’s a commissioner on the Bryan County Zoning Commission and the Program Manager for CB2TB.

Hannah Valentine
CB2TB Advisory Board Member
She is currently the office manager for Beach Insurance Group in Richmond Hill, Georgia, a position she has held for two and a half years. As an enthusiastic member of CB2TB, she serves as the organization’s volunteer coordinator. Additionally, Hannah is very engaged in the community through her involvement as a board member of Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, vice-president of the Richmond Hill Rotary Club, and Event Coordinator for ABATE of GA district 11. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dogs, riding her motorcycle, and being on the water or traveling somewhere new.

Victoria Thomas-Pirtle

Victoria Thomas-Pirtle is a dedicated executive professional, currently serving as the Director of Development for Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom. With a wealth of experience supporting C-level management, she has worked with national and international organizations, including the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, major manufacturing firms, and financial investment groups. Victoria’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her roles as the founder of the non-profit organization Emergency Admins Inc., aimed at assisting communities affected by natural disasters, and her involvement in the administration firm T4 Group LLC, which she co-founded with her three children. Additionally, she is the author of “Accept Your Journey,” a book offering practical applications to overcome past hurts and pain, empowering individuals to lead a fulfilling life.
Victoria Thomas-Pirtle’s multifaceted career reflects her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on both corporate and community fronts. Her role as the Director of Development for Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom showcases her leadership in fostering growth and innovation. Through her diverse experiences with national and international entities, the founding of Emergency Admins Inc., co-establishment of T4 Group LLC, and authorship of “Accept Your Journey,” Victoria exemplifies resilience, entrepreneurship, and a genuine dedication to uplifting individuals and communities. Brooke Cowart
CB2TB Advisory Board Member
Greetings, my name is Brooke Cowart, and I am a local mortgage lender affiliated with Movement Mortgage. A Richmond Hill, GA native, I have deep roots in this community, having graduated from Richmond Hill High School and pursued further education at Georgia Southern University. During my college years, I had the privilege of contributing to the university’s spirit as a cheerleader.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a devoted pet owner to Sadie, my golden retriever, who holds a special place in my heart. Committed to community engagement, I actively participate as the Vice Chairman of the Richmond Hill Chamber Ambassadors team and serve on the Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association. I am also proud to be a member of the Richmond Hill Historical Society.
My passion for community service extends to various programs, particularly those benefiting veterans, children with childhood cancer, and families facing challenging times. I find great fulfillment in contributing to the betterment of our community. I am excited about the opportunity to continue serving the needs of our community for years to come.

Steven Galbreath
CB2TB Advisory Board Member
Steven Galbreath is the General Manager of Galbreath Heating & Air, a family-owned HVAC company serving Richmond Hill, Georgia, and the surrounding Low Country area. Established in 1980 by his grandfather, Larry Galbreath Sr., the company has a long-standing reputation for providing quality heating and cooling services.
Steven’s journey in the industry began at just 13 years old, working alongside his father, Larry Galbreath Jr. In 2021, he stepped into the role of General Manager, continuing the family tradition as the third generation to lead the company. Under his leadership, the business underwent a rebrand, modernizing its name and logo while staying true to its legacy.
Dedicated to upholding the company’s high standards, Steven focuses on delivering reliable residential HVAC services, including repair, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions. His commitment to exceptional service ensures that Galbreath Heating & Air remains a trusted name in the community.
As a proud member of the board of Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom, Steven is eager to contribute his skills and energy to support the organization’s mission. His passion for helping others and giving back to the community aligns seamlessly with the values he upholds both personally and professionally.

A proactive Executive Assistant, Melissa has consistently demonstrated her ability to anticipate and meet the needs of senior leadership, streamline operations, and manage complex tasks with precision. During her tenure as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Caesarstone Technologies, she excelled in managing dynamic calendars, arranging detailed travel plans, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between leadership teams. Her commitment to excellence, confidentiality, and organizational efficiency has earned her a proven track record of providing exceptional support to executives and their teams.
Melissa’s dedication to service extends beyond her professional endeavors. As a U.S. Army veteran and former Chemical Operations Specialist, she honed her skills in leadership, logistics, and administrative oversight. Her passion for education was evident during her time with the Anchorage School District, where she developed innovative teaching platforms and supported students with unique challenges. In my role as the Fundraising Coordinator, my extensive background as a seasoned Financial Advisor at Navy Federal positions me uniquely to enhance Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom’s mission. With over two decades of experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in optimizing financial strategies, fostering lasting relationships, and ensuring excellence in all aspects of financial management.
My commitment to community engagement aligns seamlessly with Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom’s goals. By leveraging my financial acumen, I aim to continually and successfully develop fundraising initiatives, strengthen donor relationships, and coordinate impactful events. This strategic approach, coupled with a proven track record in financial forums, empowers me to contribute significantly to the organization’s financial growth and sustainability.
Moreover, my collaborative efforts with my husband, Randy, who serves as the Operations Manager at Lamar Advertising—an industry leader—underscore my ability to effectively utilize resources and networks to increase awareness for Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom. Her professional journey includes notable accomplishments during her tenure at Grafenwoehr Army Health Clinic, where she spearheaded initiatives like company holiday parties, staff appreciation luncheons, and large community events such as the German-American Volksfest. Known for her innovative problem-solving and financial stewardship, Chancey played a pivotal role as the organization’s funds custodian and contributed to performance improvement initiatives that enhanced patient care and safety.

Santana Browne

Santana Lea Browne is a dedicated professional with over eight years of experience in customer service, management, and business operations. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Criminal Justice at Georgia Southern University, expected to graduate in December 2023. Santana’s academic focus includes courses in Managerial Accounting, Business Analytics, Marketing, and Management, providing her with essential analytical and leadership skills for a successful business career. Her career includes roles such as Treasury Services Specialist at Great Oaks Bank, Assistant General Manager at CJ’s Event Rentals, and various customer service positions at The Ford Plantation and Georgia Southern University Catering. Santana excels in client relations, cash flow management, employee training, and operational oversight.

Tommy Pirtle

Tommy D. Pirtle, a retired Sergeant First Class with 26 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as co-founder of Emergency Admins Inc. Having completed three tours in the Global Wars on Terrorism, Tommy’s military background instills in him a deep understanding of the importance of preparedness and effective response in times of crisis.
Transitioning from military service, Tommy has embarked on a new journey as the owner of D’Witt Drone Agency in Richmond Hill, GA. With a passion for innovation and technology, he has immersed himself in the world of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), serving as a skilled pilot for the past two years. Through his agency, Tommy has provided unparalleled aerial photography services for numerous personal and client projects, showcasing his keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence.
As a co-founder of Emergency Admins Inc., Tommy leverages his military background and technical expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions for emergency response and disaster management. His commitment to utilizing emerging technologies, such as drones, underscores his unwavering dedication to enhancing the safety and security of communities nationwide.
